Metropolitan Opera Opening Night

This is Deutsche Bank's thirteenth year sponsoring the event, which will feature a new production of Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin. Adapted from Pushkin’s classic novel, the opera features soprano Anna Netrobko as the lovestruck Tatiana and Mariusz Kwiecien as the imperious Onegin in 19th century Russia. Valery Gergiev will conduct.

The performance will be transmitted live to multiple screens in Times Square and on Lincoln Center’s Josie Robertson Plaza, and broadcast live on Metropolitan Opera Radio on SIRIUS XM.
