Once again, Deutsche Bank is proud to be sponsoring the Metropolitan Opera’s Opening Night Gala for the 2011-12 season.

This is Deutsche's eleventh year sponsoring this singular cultural event. The 2011-12 season’s new production of Donizetti’s Anna Bolena stars Anna Netrebko, one of the most renowned artists on the global stage today, in the title role as an ill-fated queen driven mad by her unfaithful king. This season will also mark the first time Anna Bolena has been performed at the Met. Director David McVicar made his Met debut in 2009 with his wildly acclaimed production of Il Trovatore. The Opening Night Gala will be transmitted live to multiple screens in Times Square and on Lincoln Center’s Josie Robertson Plaza, and broadcast live on Metropolitan Opera Radio on SIRIUS XM. The performance will also be streamed live on the Met's website.
