In accordance with Direction of the Central Bank of Russia № 3091-U dated October 25, 2013 "On introduction of changes into Direction of the Central Bank of Russia № 1379-U of January 16, 2004, "On the appraisal of a Bank's financial stability for the purposes of recognizing it as sufficient for participation in the deposit insurance system" the information on persons exercising control or significant influence over the Bank was adjusted.
The updated list of persons exercising control or significant influence over the Bank as well as the scheme of interaction of Deutsche Bank Ltd. with the persons exercising control or significant influence over the Bank, are available in the section "Public disclosure" .
